MILLS CELEBRATES 40 YEARS

GREENVILLE, N.C. (July 7, 2020) — Dana Mills, Associate IT Director, celebrates 40-year anniversary with CopyPro.

Dana, who began his career with CopyPro in 1980 handling parts inventory in the service department, works in the company’s corporate office in Greenville. Throughout his forty years, Dana has been a field technician, trainer, color specialist, and worked with sales associates, customers and manufacturers to resolve device issues. He also connected the first network device for CopyPro.

“With forty years of experience, Dana has truly seen technology change. He is an integral part of the CopyPro team and has spent years sharing his expertise with those around him,” said Richie Creech, Director of Service.

In his current role, Dana handles pre-calls, creates spreadsheets and gathers data for accounts that have 10 or more devices. The data he gathers is then input into the devices prior to delivery which helps expedite the installation process.

“Dana’s extensive knowledge of CopyPro’s operations and history makes him a tremendous asset to the company. His strong work ethic and commitment to both the company and our customers is a very rare combination,” stated Jason Jones, COO.

Dana is from Greenville and prior to working at CopyPro he was the Technical Director of Student Programming for East Carolina University’s Mendenhall Student Center. When he’s not working, Dana enjoys ballroom dancing, collecting and selling antiques, and gardening and landscaping with his wife Tracey.
