Blended technician, Kenneth Bryant, is celebrating his five-year work anniversary at CopyPro.

Kenneth began his career at CopyPro in 2019. In his role as a blended technician, he supports the service department and East Carolina University by troubleshooting, servicing and performing repairs to Konica Minolta MFPS. Prior to joining CopyPro, Kenneth worked for Toshiba Business Solutions.

“My favorite things about my job are that I’m free to explore different aspects of the machines we work on and that I have a supervisor who trusts my decision-making abilities,” noted Kenneth.

Kenneth retired after twenty-two years in the U.S. Air Force. He holds KM and Workgroup Management Certifications, as well as a Bachelor of Art in Homeland Security and Emergency Management and a Master of Art in Organizational Management.

Pete Lipford, Area Service Manager said, “Kenneth is hard-working, dedicated to excellence, and committed to the success of our team. His 22-year career in the U.S. Air Force is inspiring, and we are lucky to have him. He goes the extra mile to get the job done right, and I look forward to celebrating his next milestone anniversary at CopyPro!”

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Kenneth currently resides in Greenville with his wife of 26 years, Tina. He and Tina have five children and two grandchildren. When he’s not working, Kenneth enjoys bike riding, doing small projects around the house, and, most recently, electric slot racing. He also likes to stay on top of technology and is interested in networking and JAVA applications.
