Valesecia Williams serves as the Director of Aftermarket Services at CopyPro, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple service and support functions that are critical to the company’s customer experience and long-term growth. Valesecia began her career with CopyPro in 2012 as a part-time receptionist. Through consistent performance, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to both customers and colleagues, she steadily progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles, including Full-Time Receptionist, Customer Support Dispatcher, Lead of Customer Support, Customer Support Supervisor, and Aftermarket Manager before being promoted to Director of Aftermarket Services. Her career path reflects a sustained record of dedication, professional growth, and operational excellence.

In her current role, Valesecia oversees key operational areas including parts and supply inventory management, technician car stock operations, maintenance and solutions contracts, customer support operations, shipping and supply logistics, solution billing, and data analytics related to pricing, performance, and customer satisfaction. She works collaboratively with cross-functional leadership to ensure operational efficiency, maintain billing accuracy, optimize inventory performance, and enhance service delivery across the organization.

Valesecia is responsible for driving departmental performance through the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), strengthening operational processes, improving profitability, and supporting the long-term financial health of the organization’s aftermarket services.
