in Recent News

CopyPro, Inc. proudly announces that Debra Dennis, Vice President of Support Services, is celebrating her 40th anniversary with the company.

Debra joined CopyPro in 1986 as a Customer Service Dispatcher and steadily rose through the ranks over her four decades of service. Appointed Vice President of Support Services in 2014, she oversees day-to-day operations of the Service, Aftermarket, and IT departments. In addition to managing major account installations, Debra works closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on strategic decisions that affect the company’s operations and well-being.

“Debra’s extensive knowledge of CopyPro’s daily operations and history continues to make her a tremendous asset to the company. She is committed to both the company and the customers we serve, a very rare combination. We are lucky to have Debra as part of the CopyPro management team,” stated Jason Jones, COO.

Reflecting on her journey, Debra shared, “I often say that CopyPro and I have grown up together—I’ve had a front-row seat to 40 years of incredible change within our industry and the company. One of the owners once asked me what my favorite hobby was; my immediate answer was, ‘Working at the PRO!’ When I finally decide to retire, they may have to pull me out, and I’ll probably take a piece of the door with me because I’ll be holding on so tightly!”

With extensive experience in the office technology and copier industry, Debra has earned numerous awards for outstanding service management. Beyond CopyPro, she is a committed leader in professional and local community organizations. She served as President of the South Eastern Board (2011–2012), held the honor of BTA National President, and sat on the National BTA Board. Debra also served on the board of International Business Products, Inc. (IBPI) and remains active in local organizations.

“One of the most rewarding parts of my 40 years at CopyPro has been my involvement with the Business Technology Association, which ultimately led to the honor of serving as BTA National President,” Debra added. “Through BTA, I’ve built lifelong friendships and relationships with fellow dealers who have become trusted collaborators. I’m especially proud that throughout my BTA leadership journey, I’ve had the opportunity to represent CopyPro while giving back to an industry that has given me so much.”

A native of Ayden, North Carolina, Debra attended Pitt Community College and Liberty Baptist University.  She is the proud mom of 2 great children.
